My primary objectives revolve around driving technological innovation within NOW Digital. This entails enhancing our digital offerings, optimising processes for efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, I’m responsible for ensuring that our technology aligns with business objectives, contributes to revenue growth, and maintains highest levels of client satisfaction.

I employ several strategies to ensure that NOW Digital remains at the forefront of technological advancements and trends. This includes continuous research and monitoring of industry developments, attending partnerships with technology vendors and experts, and encouraging a culture of learning and experimentation within the tech team. Additionally, I regularly assess our technological infrastructure and solutions to identify areas for improvement or integration of new technologies.
